AI Guy In Your Corner

AI + 17 Years of PPC Strategy · 48-Hour Turnaround · Free

AI scans every line of your account. Seventeen years of PPC strategy tells you what to actually fix.

A free 48-hour AI-led PPC waste audit for UK agencies. AI engine searches 200+ leak signals. Senior strategist with 17 years on Google, British Airways, Shell and AI startups reads the data and writes the recovery roadmap. White-label, NDA standard, no sales pitch.

For UK agencies whose clients spend £20k+/month on Google Ads. GA4 live. Read-only access on request.

What audits actually find

The accounts that look managed often hide the same three leaks. AI surfaces them in hours.

These problems rarely look broken in-platform. They show up as plausible CPLs, noisy PMax wins, and reports nobody has time to interrogate. That’s exactly why they survive — until an audit engine reads every line of the account and a senior strategist tells you which leaks actually matter.

01

Tracking is quietly wrong

Conversion tags fire, the dashboard fills up, the report goes out — and Smart Bidding is optimising against a signal that doesn't reflect what closes. Missing offline imports, duplicate counts, wrong attribution windows, pixel on the wrong page.

60–70% of accounts have at least one critical conversion-tracking issue

MyLeadsFactory audit dataset
02

Performance Max is eating brand search

PMax bids on your client's own brand queries, claims credit for conversions that branded search would've won anyway, and inflates its reported ROAS by mixing cheap branded clicks into the blended number. Net Google performance stays flat. Spend goes up.

91% of Google Ads accounts show exact keyword overlap between PMax and Search

Optmyzr 503-account study (2024)
03

Smart Bidding is learning the wrong lead

No offline conversion uploads back from the CRM means the algorithm trains on form-fills, not on the leads that actually close. For lead-gen accounts (B2B, services, dental, trades), this is the single most expensive gap in the stack.

31 of 43 audited accounts had no offline conversion uploads — cost-per-qualified-lead 3× higher

Why this audit is different

AI does the deep search. Seventeen years of PPC strategy decides what the search actually means.

The audit engine scans every line of your account in hours — 200+ leak signals, every search-term anomaly, every PMax cannibalisation pattern, every tracking gap. What it surfaces is just data.

What you (or your client) eventually pay for — when you pay — is what comes next: a senior PPC strategist with 17 years on Google, British Airways, Shell and AI startups, deciding which findings are real, which are noise, and which ones recover the most money fastest.

Mid-market UK agencies hit the same wall: one too many client accounts, not enough senior bandwidth, can’t justify a £75k+ hire for what’s a 5–10 day workload per account. AI fills the scanning gap. I fill the strategy gap.

01

White-label by default

Findings ship in your agency’s branding. NDA standard before access. Your client never knows my name unless you choose to introduce us.

02

No client poaching

Written into the engagement letter: I will not pitch your clients direct, ever. My pipeline comes from agencies, not from inside agencies.

03

Read-only access, your stack

Read-only Google Ads / Meta / GA4 access only. Slack or email handoff — whichever your team uses. No tool sprawl, no new logins.

04

You keep MCC ownership

You (or your client) own the Google Ads account. I work via read-only user access only — never as admin, never as owner. When the engagement ends, I lose access cleanly. No account transfer, no MCC migration, no “hostage” risk.

  • 01

    What the AI got right

The wastes that genuinely matter, ranked by realism and recoverable spend.

  • 02

    What the AI got wrong

False positives stripped. AI surfaces noise too — seasonal patterns, intentional brand defence, deliberate broad-match tests.

  • 03

    What the AI missed

Pattern reads requiring human context — business model fit, campaign intent vs platform behaviour, lead-quality vs lead-volume tradeoffs.

Why the audit is free

AI does in 2 hours what used to take a junior 2 days. Senior strategist review (3 hours) is the only real cost — one I’ll absorb to start a conversation. If you want the full sprint, rebuild or retainer afterwards, that’s a separate conversation. If you don’t, you keep the report and we both move on.

Free because AI changed the economics — not because I want to pitch you something.

After the audit

Three paths after the report. You pick the one that fits.

The audit ends with a “where you’d go next” block. Three named paths. You choose the one that matches the severity of what AI surfaced and what your team has capacity for.

Path 01

DIY

Take the report and run.

  • Full 2-page audit in your inbox
  • 30 / 60 / 90-day roadmap to work from
  • Optional walkthrough call to clarify
  • No follow-up emails if you say "we’ve got it"

Best for

Account is mostly healthy. In-house team has the bandwidth to execute the fixes themselves.

Common fit

Path 02

Done-with-you

Senior PPC strategy alongside your team.

  • Paid Discovery sprint
  • Senior strategist runs the fix sequence WITH your team
  • Weekly check-ins, knowledge transfer baked in
  • You keep the playbook, your team levels up

Best for

2–3 medium-severity issues. Team has bandwidth but needs an extra pair of senior hands and a steady plan.

Path 03

Done-for-you

We execute the recovery end-to-end.

  • Paid Sprint, Rebuild or Retainer — scoped to severity
  • Account restructure, AI Max install, offline conversions wired
  • Ad copy + creative refresh where the audit flagged it
  • Ongoing monitoring optional

Best for

Critical-severity findings. Account needs full restructure, or your team can’t spare the senior hours.

Pricing for the paid paths is discussed in the optional 30-min walkthrough call — scoped to your client’s account size, severity of findings, and how deep you want me in.

If you pick the DIY path, no sales pitch follows. The report is yours, and we both move on.

Honest answers

Common Questions

Why is the audit free?+

AI changed the economics. The engine does in two hours what used to take a junior auditor two days. The only real cost is the three hours of senior strategist review on the back end — and I’ll absorb that to start a conversation. If you want the full sprint, rebuild or retainer afterwards, that’s a separate conversation. If you don’t, you keep the report and we both move on.

What’s the catch? Will you pitch me after?+

No catch. The optional walkthrough call ends with three named paths — DIY, Done-with-you, Done-for-you. You pick. If you go DIY, no follow-up emails. If you want to talk about a paid sprint, that conversation happens because you asked, not because I chased.

How is this different from AI audit tools like Optmyzr or Adzooma?+

Those are subscription dashboards — £40-£400/month forever. They show you the data. You still need a senior strategist to interpret it, decide which findings are real, and write the recovery plan. This is one-off: AI engine for the scan, senior human (17 yrs on Google, BA, Shell, AI startups) for the interpretation, 48-hour delivery. No subscription, no dashboard logins, no lock-in.

How is this different from a typical free audit from another agency?+

Most free audits are a thin auto-generated PDF and a sales pitch on the back of it. The free audit here is the same engine + senior read I’d run inside a paid sprint — the only thing missing is the implementation. If there’s nothing meaningful to fix, I’ll tell you that. I’m not optimising the report to upsell you.

What does the account need to qualify?+

Three things. The account spends £20k+/month on Google Ads (the engine needs enough data to be useful). GA4 is live, even if mis-configured. You (or your client) can grant read-only user access. If any of those are missing, I’ll flag it on the scoping call — no time burned on either side.

Will my client see your name on anything?+

No. White-label by default. Report ships in your agency’s branding. NDA standard before any access. I never contact your client direct — no poaching, written into the engagement letter. Slack or email handoff, whichever your team uses.

Can I invite my client to the walkthrough call?+

Yes — encouraged. Bring the marketing lead, the account manager, anyone who’ll act on the findings. White-label means your name on the deck — but the walkthrough works better with implementers in the room. I keep my identity behind your brand if you’d rather; or step forward as a "senior consultant on our team" if you prefer.

What happens after the report?+

The 30-min walkthrough is optional. If you take it, we end with three named paths: keep the report and execute yourself (DIY); paid Discovery sprint where I run the fix sequence with your team (Done-with-you); paid Sprint, Rebuild or Retainer where I execute end-to-end (Done-for-you). Pricing for paid paths is scoped on the call, never on this page.
